You can be yourself here, no matter how much you change.
From the start, I wanted this place to be an incubator for growth.
So much of the fitness and wellness industry is built on consistency, scale, and a polished product. It asks teachers to deliver something repeatable, and students to fit the mold.
I do not.
I center each person, allowing the way they learn and move to shape my approach. Smaller classes, closer attention and relationships.
It gives everyone here permission to evolve instead of perform.
This space grew into an incubator for teachers in training. They are not here to replicate me, but to become more themselves. Their growth is meant to expand beyond this space.
My edge as a teacher and mentor is my ability to lead each person toward change by naming possibilities with compassion and courage. It is most important that someone knows they are capable. The obstacles will always exist, but they do not need to prevail.
I would rather stay small and gather in the ongoing messiness of learning than take on the trappings of a uniform brand.
That is what allows this place to stay human.
