You can set-up an account with Acuity and keep track of your visits. After your first purchase, scroll to the bottom of your confirmation and click, “register for an account.” You’ll always be able to login by clicking the button on the top right of the scheduler. Location & Policies
Visiting the studio
Crescent Trail Pilates is a private studio. The Egypt Hills location is available once we have a chance to speak and book your first session. Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions to Kate@crescenttrailpilates.com.
The Community Studio is located at 7374 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, Fairport, NY 14450, in Town Center Plaza.
Refunds and cancellations
Packages are non-refundable. 6 packs expire 3 months after purchase. CTP has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session are charged in full.
