Crescent Trail Pilates provides a retreat for all who seek an energizing workout.  We offer private lessons and small group training to help build strong, resilient bodies and minds.

Pilates is for every body at any age.  Beyond a strong core, supple spine, and toned muscles, practicing Pilates can result in the ability to move mindfully through daily life, diminishing stress and pain.  Its namesake, Joseph Pilates, created his fitness regime almost 100 years ago with the intention of building a healthier, happier community.


Our teaching is dedicated to you. Our highly-trained, creative and caring team includes Kate Wheeler, PMA®-CPT, Eugenia Richardson, PMA®-CPT, and Kristen Mancuso, CPT. In addition to athletes, beginners, and Pilates teachers, we teach clients in a post-PT capacity: those navigating back pain, joint disease, pre and post-partum recovery and injury management are welcomed.


Enjoy personalized instruction including 55-minute private sessions, small group classes, and self-guided workouts.  Our teaching is rooted in the Classical Pilates method and adapted for contemporary bodies. We use a full suite of Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Mat - sometimes, all in one dynamic class!
